- Timely feedback and approvals during development phases
- Payment according to agreed terms and schedule
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their use of delivered software
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. Zentriva will not disclose client information without consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require: (a) 30-50% upfront payment; (b) milestone-based payments during development; (c) final payment upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Delays caused by client feedback delays, scope changes, or force majeure events may extend project duration.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zentriva's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Support and Maintenance
We provide post-launch support and maintenance services .
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
